01 Shipping
Each order is made to order, and we take great care in packaging your items before shipping. As every piece is custom-made, please allow 4-8 weeks for your order to be shipped after confirmation.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your tracking number.
02 Shipment Methods
We offer a range of air freight options to accommodate your budget and requirements.
We partner with shipping providers like DHL, FedEx, and TNT for air freight deliveries. For orders exceeding 500kg or 1500 pieces, we also provide sea freight options to select countries.
Please note that delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination, with sea freight typically taking longer than air freight.
03 Custom Taxes
Please be aware that certain countries may charge import taxes, and Bryden is not responsible for any orders that are lost or delayed in customs. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for such orders.
In the event of customs clearance issues, we recommend contacting the shipping company directly for assistance.
Orders may also experience delays due to missing information, poor image quality, or during peak holiday seasons. In such cases, we will reach out to you via email to resolve any outstanding issues as quickly as possible.
04 Insurance
Shipments are not insured by default. In cases where shipments are missing or delayed in customs in your destination country, Bryden is not liable for any losses once the goods have been handed over to the shipper.
We recommend contacting the shipping company directly to resolve any issues related to lost or damaged shipments.
05 Returns and Refunds Policy
At Gopherwood, we take pride in our quality and treat it with the utmost importance. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items.
For any concerns regarding product quality, please email us with your order number and high-quality photos of the issues.
As all orders are custom-made, we unfortunately do not offer cash refunds. However, we can issue a gift card to cover the full cost of your order.
